Sometimes powers don't show up in the forums game helper tools, and the players or DM's don't understand why, well it turns out that inactive characters don't show up a variety of places.  The avatar picker, power picker, etc, doesn't show characters who are marked inactive.  It isn't abundantly clear when a character is inactive usually, but now the character summary page shows inactive behind the characters.  Here is an example: http://dndorks.com/roleplaying/CharacterSummary.aspx?threadid=39

I really need to clean up the entire site, and I'm trying to work them in sooner rather than later, so hopefully this is but one tiny change of many coming soon. :)
