It looks like a bit of work filling out the sheet, but I could imagine that if you do it a bit over time, as you gain levels, it might not be too arduous.  

We have a similar issue with people not remembering every + or - on their attack rolls.  The party is level 14, so the amount of combined effects has gotten a bit crazy.  So I plan on building a little web app that can be viewed in an iphone or android phone, should be cool.  This sheet tackles the larger problem of Interrupts, opportunity actions, etc.
