    ...worth a thousand words.

Been working on this for about a week. I'm sorry for the graphic images - hopefully this goes off the way I want it too.

    Re: ...worth a thousand words.

It's a sarcastic approach to what initially sounds like a very conspriacy laden, liberal presentation that is until you read the very last line.

Interesting way of presenting it.  I'm afraid though it is lost on those people who tend to skip around and not read the whole thing before realizing it is actually opposing the quoted text (although the pictures should give you some idea).  I had to make sure I read the whole thing.

I thought all the misconceptions with Iraq and 911 that the left and even some righties have are hilarious.  For the conspiracy nuts - in order for there to be a successful conspiracy it requires secracy and competance.  Since usually the right hand doesn't know what the left hand was doing in government, competancy is near impossible and secracy amoung such a large group is impossible.  The idea that you could get enough people together to even make a such an insane decesion to cause such a thing to happen is impracticle.  People are neither whole evil or whole good and the exceptions are monks and serial killers which neither would be in positions of power.  I hadn't heard the one about flight 93 landing then taking off.  The person that invented that has his tin foil hat on too tight.  I'm also convinced that Hollywood celebrities shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion on anything especially political if for no reason other than it has the potential to piss off their fan base.  Look what happened to the Dixie Chicks.  Yes, lets say something negative about the US when 90% of our fan base are highly patriotic cowboys.  That is just dumb right there.

    Re: ...worth a thousand words.

I'm not sure I should be posting this, but what the heck.

I think you are setting up straw men. You are displaying some powerful and disturbing images. They are SO powerful and moving, it is difficult to think rationaly about them.Interspirsed among them are quotes or your summary of different sources. The most controversial is the conspiracy movie, which has ben pretty thouroughly debunked.

Was your point to remind us that quite a few people in hte world hate us? It's true, they do. Now more than ever. Was your point to remind us about 9/11? I don't think many people have forgotten it. Was your point in any way related to our current foreign adventure in Iraq? No one connects Iraq to 9/11. Certainly not the White House. We're there for "Regime Change." And before that it was "Imminent threat by Weapons of Mass Destruction." Which never materialized.

Quite a bit of your photo essay seems to equate disagreement with our government's policy to being disloyal to America. I disagree.

I'm sorry, I have to stop now.

I'm getting a little worked up and I don't want to type anything I'll regret.

    Bless you.

P.S. If you respond to this post, please don't refer to me as a "lefty" or a "Liberal" or any such term, I am neither.
