Eldan tries to help Romlu hit the tattered zombie but fails to do so, Jack misses with his slashing scimitar after having it bounce from the zombie's body.
Brelsan slashes his long sword: 18 dmg: 6 into the body of the Zombie wounding it again. The zombie ignores the most recent blow to lash out with it's morningstar at Brelsan.: 20
wounding Brelsan.dmg: 9 Brelsan drops from the blow from the zombie, he's currently on 0 HP and disabled.
Romlu bashes at the zombie, but sickened by the blow to his comrade, misses wide.

Sorry guys, I figured it was time to kill it off. And I think that's going to make playing a warlock in Zalin's PBF interesting.

As you look around the chamber, you see winking pieces of gold scattered around the ground.

You gather up the gold and it totals 250Gp. On the Zombie's back, you discover it has a good quality longsword.
Brelsan suggests that you go back to the previous chamber and rest the night so that he can regain his spells. If agreed, he casts cure minor wounds on himself.

Jack: "That zombie sure was hard to kill.  I'm sure you all agree we should call it a day."

eldan  "sure lets call it a day another oppenent like that and youd end up relying on my swordmenship wich is bad since i never used a sword in my life"

The 4 of your head back to the chamber that you met the hobgoblins in and spend the night posting guards around the clock. The night passed uneventfully (OOC: lucky roll there.) and in the morning you are all rested.

Brelsan casts Cure light wounds on himself : 6 healing himself fully.

Is there anything else you want to do or will you just head towards the other corridor you walked past to get to the zombie?

Though 1 of sets of armour is damaged due to the acid thrown on it.

Jack: "When we're finished here, I will determine whether we have found anything magical.  But first, I believe there's a door that we haven't been through."

At the end of this hallway is a small chamber whose wooden door lies on the floor. The smell of dust pervades the air, and the sound of thunder is muted here. Numerous body-shaped lumps are visible through the doorway, each wrapped carefully
in layers of grey thread like woven mummies.

Romlu and Brelsan walk down the corridor with Romlu slightly in front with Eldan third and Jack last of all. As Romlu gets to the
door, he becomes stuck and a medium sized monsterous spider rushes out of the shadows to attack him, but even with surprise on it's side, it fails to penetrate Romlu's armour (I rolled a 4)
