There's plenty of cash money, as well as some chests and a suit of some metal armor for a very, very, very large humanoid (or maybe rather some kind of giant).

ronath and Soren will look for traps, especially on the chests,  and then suggest that one of them fill their backpacks with gold and the items in the chest while the others stand guard.

You call down the Thunder, and I'll reap the Whirlwind

None of you find any traps or anything of importance. Still nothing comes..

Soren will start with trying to open the smallest chest he can see, and move up to the larger chests as he opens the smaller ones. He makes sure the only uses one hand to test the locks (if they have locks) and keeps his hand on his axe at the same time.

What does he find?

 

The first chest he opens holds a small amount of red gems which shine a bright red, nearly blinding him. Shaken with the obvious magic, he quickly shuts the chest per reflex.
Does he dare open it again?

"Huh, those gems could be useful lighting up these tunnels. Unless they're magic bombs or somthin..." Mikelo mumbles to himself maintaining his steady watch for potential threats.

Ronath will cast detect magic to see if he can determine anything about them.

Otherwise, he'll suggest Soren opens any of the other chests that look like they contain magic items.

The gems radiate a strong aura of necromantic magic, sending cold chills down Ronath's spine.

I carefully open one of the other chests. I guess.

This chest holds three diamonds which seem to be of perfect quality.

All in all, there is:
About 10,000 gp in different coins
A warhammer with a strange gleam to it
A suit of half-plate (Large size) with a strange gleam to it
A chest of different potions
A book written in some alien language
A few scrolls in the same alien language.

 

Can Ronath determine what potions there are?

He'll also have a look at the book and scrolls (but will change one of his spells to read magic and comprend languages in the morning.)

does Ronath's Detect magic register how strongly the warhammer and halfplate exclude magic?

Soren will start filling his pack with coins, Starting with the most valuable first and suggest that they split the loot once they get out of the underdark.

The half-plate radiates faint universal magic and the warhammer radiates moderate evocation. The book also radiate magic, but the different auras overlap each other so much that it is impossible to distinguish them. Same goes for the scrolls.
Ronath cannot determine what potions there are. He'll have to cast Identify (though I'll allow you to identify them all for just 200 gp).

 

Ronath suggests that they take the items away and find a location that may be a bit safer, camp for the night and he'll cast the necessary spells to identify all of the items in the morning.

soren picks up the half plate and Ronath picks up the warhammer.

Ronath also puts the book and scrolls into his pack.

Last, but certainly not least he asks if anyone wants to carry the necromantic gems because he doesn't want to.

 

As you start packing up, Ronath and Mikelo hear a faint clicking aproaching.
