Pretty much myself, if I had been born in a D&D campaign.
Personality: A morbid and unhappy soul, plagued with the horrible events of the past, he tends to keep to himself and speak nothing of what had happened beforehand...but, as any Rogue, he has Charisma to burn, and will laugh and joke with the best of them when information is needed, or if he finds someone who he can identify with...someone else with eternal pain from events long gone...
Description: Very tall for Elf standards, Eladamri stands at a moderate 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a somewhat slim figure, even for an Elf. He has a lighter skin color, blue-grey eyes, and mid-length black hair pulled back into a short pony-tail and a small goatee (he has very faint traces of human blood, but just enough in his genes to grow facial hair). He has one of his ears pierced with a small gold loop, and wears studded leather with a black cloth shirt underneath, visible in some of the gaps in his armor, such as the open midriff. He also carries a longsword and a short sword sheathed at his waist, with a small pouch near his knee, containing his thieves' tools. He occasionally carries a leather messenger bag, containing random things such as a bedroll, blankets, and rations. Always the one who thinks ahead, he tends to have a few more supplies than what he actually needs.
Background: A wanderer searching for a past long gone, plagued by happy thoughts of his childhood with his three friends, and disgraced at his actions during...the raid...
Years ago Eladamri had lived in a relatively small woodland village, filled with people of all kinds living together in peace and harmony, despite the hatred towards the other races outside of the village. Orcs and Ogres living with Humans and Elves of all kind, and Dwarves and Gnomes as well. Being one of only four children in the village around the same age as himself, (At least, as relatively close to age an Elf can be to Humans) he constantly played with the same three children, day after day, being content with his friends, each having their dream of growing up and being heroes of the land. A Half-Elf girl wishing to be a druid, a Half-Elf boy planning on adopting the ways of the Ranger, a Human boy, skilled in the ways of the sword and being set on classing himself as a Fighter, while Eladamri himself preferred trickery and horseplay of all sorts, wishing to be accepted by a great Rogue master upon the day of his coming of age...but, his dream was soon shattered...
One week before the commencement ceremony of the children, signifying their maturity into adulthood...It had been an unusually warm day for the middle of autumn, followed by a sudden rush of cold, bitter air into the evening, leading people to their homes earlier into the evening. The four children, ignoring their parents’ wishes and staying outside to play longer, had ended up being a blessing in disguise…a traveling band of Orc Raiders had happened upon the village early into the night, seizing the opportunity, and attacking the village relentlessly, stealing all they could find, murdering the men and abducting the women of the village, mercilessly burning all the homes to the ground...
The next morning, the four children, only but 6 days from adulthood, had awoken from their sleep, nestled in a high tree in the woods bordering the village. Luckily, the Orcs had completely overlooked them in the darkness of night...but sadly, all of the villagers had perished in the raid...the four took all the supplies they could, and decided to part, going there separate ways, and each vowing to master their trade before next they met, and to find the Orcs who had destroyed their village, and take their revenge...that was 3 years ago...
