Kal Koss stands just short of 6 feet but he is not that big of a guy being really lanky. When he was alive he was naturally tanned but now he has a noticible grey tint. He is a new vampire, he was bitten when he was 18 and at the time of the story he is only 20 so he's still uncomfortable with some aspects of his new unlife. He still wears his hair long because he is afraid that it has stopped growing. (He hasnt seen that much of a change in 2 years.) He can withstand sunlight as long as he uses liberal amounts of sunscreen and wears his favorite shady hat.
