Thin and tall for a ratkin, Devon wears long sleeves, cloak and a hood to conceal his nature to the best of his ability His fur is dark brown nearly black with a reddish cast to it that gleams in the sun. His fingers are long and thin ending with short claws kept clipped.

His older brother died of malnourishment when he was a young ratkin, something that affected him traumatically, his goal is to become rich and powerful any way he can because he knows he'll be "better" than the rich and powerful he steals from daily, not keeping it all for himself and so on.
